• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in product management, focusing on data platforms and OLTP use cases.
• Demonstrated track record of leading successful product launches in the data platform domain.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to converse with engineers, architects, and data scientists.
• Exceptional leadership qualities and ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with current data technologies and architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the new data platform, EDB Postgres AI.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure product alignment.
• Drive OLTP-focused product initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights.
• Engage directly with customers for feedback.
• Clearly communicate the product strategy, updates, and KPIs.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers.
