Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment is required.
• Ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
• Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members.
• Ensure timely and professional communications with clients and faculty.
• Develop project budgets and contribute to new business development.
• Manage project financials and conduct team meetings.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams for on-time, within-budget performance.
• Oversee project activities, including recruitment and content development.
• Assist in training new team members and adhere to company policies.
