Requirements:
  • Must have 5+ years successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Must have experience in Enterprise SaaS selling; experience in Not-for-Profit, faith sector, or payments is highly preferred.
  • Must have experience managing a large quota of ~750k ARR+ with the ability to manage long deal cycles.
  • Required to reside within your assigned territory.
  • Must be a self-starter with self-discipline and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong sales acumen with exceptional business development and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills required for job functions: Mac OSX, Google Platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Salesforce and Outreach (or similar) experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop customized account plans with your SDR for each account in your territory.
  • Develop a pipeline of prospective customers through research, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospect to close, including product demonstrations and negotiations.
  • Meet and exceed sales revenue and booking goals.
  • Educate prospects about Pushpay’s products through presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute company initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with business partners in your territory.
  • Coordinate sales support activities and manage the sales pipeline through Salesforce.
  • Share best practices with other sales team members.
  • Understand competitive landscape and position Pushpay effectively.
  • Travel required up to 50% for customer meetings and events.
