Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards and social media, to identify potential candidates.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand talent pools and key sourcing channels.
• Reach out to candidates through personalized communication.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for job openings.
• Deliver 20 resumes weekly with 10 candidates scoring 7 or 8 for resume submission.
