Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in people management leading a full-stack team (backend, web, & mobile).
• Experience scaling products and teams in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on leadership and strong product intuition.
• Humility - willing to get into the details and open to feedback.
• Experience with distributed system design, system scaling, and performance optimization.
• Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in ambiguity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, support, and grow a team of up to 7+ product/full-stack engineers in owning the expansion and experience for multiple Categories.
• Partner closely with recruiting and oversee the hiring process for your team, to grow a diverse and inclusive organization.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Design, and other stakeholders to determine the team's roadmap, vision, and strategy. Manage execution against that roadmap.
• Partner with the sales & operations teams to define and work on product improvements.
