Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions. Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers. Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries.
