🔍 Healthcare and employee benefits

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Possesses applicable insurance licenses or the ability to obtain licenses within 60 days of hire.

  • Conduct appointments with C-level decision makers.
  • Present the company’s value proposition to enhance quoting activity.
  • Handle proposal requests and follow-up post-quote activities.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage the sales process and metrics.
  • Ensure timely responses to management requests.
