🔍 Legal services

  • Minimum of ten years of specialized experience as a construction contract specialist or paralegal.
  • Experience with relevant software platforms for virtual interactions.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Competence with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Training and/or certifications as a contract specialist or paralegal.

  • Abstract contracts, build playbooks, review, and redline contracts using MS Word.
  • Draft, review, and redline Construction Agreements and other commercial agreements.
  • Knowledge of bonds, mechanics liens, and lien waivers.
  • Communicate regularly with the Practice Area Director/Manager.
  • Prepare contractual agreements based on current research methods.
  • Collaborate with a legal team and ensure terms are legally binding.
  • Assist clients with contract interpretation and compliance.
  • Proofread and fact-check legal documents.
