  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in their work.
  • Is a problem solver with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient with computers and knowledgeable of HIPAA.
  • Experience with TherapyNotes, Simple Practice, or another EHR program.
  • Accepts correction and training well while maintaining integrity.

  • Collect clients' insurance information for billing purposes.
  • Review and submit insurance claims.

  • Process client payments and resolve any discrepancies.
