- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Active Salesforce Administrator certification and/or HubSpot Sales/Marketing Inbound certification is also helpful.
- 5+ years in technical project management, particularly with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, data migration, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, Smartsheet) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead end-to-end projects encompassing CRM implementations and integration platform deployments.
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and technical roadmaps.
