- Minimum of 6 years B2B SaaS sales operations or revenue operations experience; with experience standing up a sales or revenue operations function.
- Prior experience working at an early stage-high-growth company is a must.
- Experience scaling revenue operations to support mid-market and enterprise-level sales and customer-facing teams.

- Executive presence and the ability to lead through complex and undefined opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the sales and executive teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Establish and maintain sales metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee sales processes, including lead management, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance analytics.
- Lead the sales forecasting process and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management, incorporating inputs from sales representatives, historical data, and market analysis.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize sales processes and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Lead sales operations contractors, building the team as needed as we scale the business.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team on sales performance and market insights.
