Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years B2B SaaS sales operations or revenue operations experience; with experience standing up a sales or revenue operations function.
  • Prior experience working at an early stage-high-growth company is a must.
  • Experience scaling revenue operations to support mid-market and enterprise-level sales and customer-facing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, etc.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Executive presence and the ability to lead through complex and undefined opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the sales and executive teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain sales metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee sales processes, including lead management, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance analytics.
  • Lead the sales forecasting process and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management, incorporating inputs from sales representatives, historical data, and market analysis.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize sales processes and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Lead sales operations contractors, building the team as needed as we scale the business.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team on sales performance and market insights.
