Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools, server management, monitoring, and security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with different Agile project management tools such as Jira.
• Fluent in English - both written and verbal.
• Legal status to work in Panama, Panama City.

Responsibilities:

• Advanced knowledge in .NET / ASP.NET and C#.
• Provide advanced support for different Microsoft technologies, including Azure, IIS, and SQL Server.
• Manage web applications on Heroku.
• Manage Cloudflare Accounts for DNS management and security certificates.
• Provide advanced support across a wide range of hosting solutions, such as Managed WordPress hosting.
• Manage code repositories on Bitbucket and GitHub.
• Implement and manage CI/CD tools, including AWS Code Deployment, Bitbucket and GitHub webhooks.
• Ensure server management, monitoring, and security.
• Manage and support AWS services, with a focus on S3, CloudFront, and RDS.
