Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Basic understanding of Figma components and prototyping is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal.
• Good understanding of colour science and combinations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance in the design process, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
• Personally execute core design tasks, including wireframing, prototyping, and creating visual designs for mobile interfaces.
• Delegate design tasks to junior designers as appropriate, providing guidance and mentorship to support their growth and development.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the product development process.
• Conduct regular reviews of design work to ensure adherence to design principles, brand guidelines, and usability standards.
• Provide constructive feedback on design work and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including design systems, style guides, and specifications, to support consistent design implementation across platforms.
• Participate in user research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge with the design team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
• Communicate design decisions, rationale, and progress effectively to stakeholders, and facilitate design reviews and presentations as needed.
