Licensed Telemedicine Therapist

Requirements:

• Independently licensed therapist in the United States for Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Social Work.
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one state, open to obtaining additional state licenses.
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent.
• Experience in diagnosing mental health disorders using DSM-5 criteria.
• Strong evidence-based clinical skills, empathetic listening, and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in crisis response and comfortable in a telemedicine environment.
• Tech-savvy, able to navigate various systems and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutically sound sessions with clients weekly or bi-weekly for 45 minutes.
• Provide 15-40 hours of weekly availability.
• Create a flexible schedule based on individual availability, ensuring sessions fall within 6:00am to 11:30pm in your timezone.
• Collaborate with prescribers managing clients' medication.
• Work alongside other clinicians to positively impact client lives.
