Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the Web3 or DeFi space, with a strong focus on transaction-based platforms such as crowdfunding or DEXs.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and token economics.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for new product features and enhancements.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and launch new products.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the Web3 and DeFi space, and apply this knowledge to product development.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and agile development within the product team.
