Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; CPA is a plus. 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Solid understanding of GAAP, CPA preferred. Advanced+ Excel skills. Experience with standard software solutions: QuickBooks Online, Xero, Netsuite, Bill.com, Gusto, Expensify, Carta. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously. Professional curiosity and creativity. Passionate desire to learn and for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Produce monthly financial statements and budget vs actual analysis. Assist with financial modeling and forecasting for clients. Manage Accounts Receivable including invoicing, collections, and reviewing contracts. Manage Accounts Payable ensuring accurate entry, timely payment, and compliance. Process employee onboarding, payroll, and terminations. Mentor and train future team members.
