Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective members over the phone.
• Capable of effectively overcoming objections and conveying benefits.
• Positive attitude and empathy for patient needs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully.
• Ability to simplify information and communicate effectively.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile technology.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is nice to have.

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact to prospective members via phone.
• Introduce and explain the Wellth program.
• Assist members with downloading and using the Wellth app.
• Work with the Member Operations team for feedback outreach.
