Product Specialist - Anaplan Model Builder

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2+ years of experience building Anaplan Models
• At least 2+ years of experience in the Real Estate Industry preferred
• You have SQL experience
• At least 2+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting
• System implementation or project management experience preferred
• Anaplan Model Builder Certification (Level 3) preferred
• Ability to learn new systems/processes and quickly ramp up to support those
• Hands on experience with operating in sprint cycles using Agile/Scrum framework
• Clear communication and ability to create order out of chaos
• Extract Transform Load (ETL) tool experience is a plus
• You're savvy with systems and are comfortable with data architecture
• You're super analytical and love getting in the details
• You thrive in a fluid and dynamic fast-paced environment, and embrace ambiguity

Responsibilities:

• Design and build Anaplan-based solutions to support client business processes and to continuously improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Support financial forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and create solutions to meet them.
• Participate in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide guidance and training to users on Anaplan system and models.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in Anaplan models.
