ServiceNow Developer (Contract)

Requirements:

• 2+ Distinct ServiceNow Deployments, at least one of which was ITBM, ITOM, or ITSM
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• One of these: ServiceNow CIS in HR, OR HRSD professional Suite; OR CIS in SPM OR CSM
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other web technologies
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications
• Research the best way to achieve a desired outcome and advocate for the correct build approach
• Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, portals, and scripts to meet specific business needs
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Conduct unit testing and support UAT to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
• Address issues and incidents in the ServiceNow instance during deployments.
