Requirements:
  • 12+ years of proven success as an enterprise sales and business development professional at and/or with pharma manufacturers and/or hub services companies.
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience, building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of and strong network in the pharmacy and pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to build new business lines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a bold business development strategy to fuel enterprise-level growth.
  • Cultivate relationships with key players in the healthcare ecosystem – pharmaceutical manufacturers, hub services companies, PBMs, and major healthcare providers.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing multi-function team.
  • Spearhead the growth of new business lines through strategic partnerships and cutting-edge solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, product, engineering, and more) to deliver seamless integrations and customized solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process for major enterprise partnerships, from initial contact to successful implementation.
  • Develop pricing strategies, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent Alto at industry events and conferences.
