Requirements:
- 12+ years of proven success as an enterprise sales and business development professional at and/or with pharma manufacturers and/or hub services companies.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience, building and scaling high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities:

- Cultivate relationships with key players in the healthcare ecosystem – pharmaceutical manufacturers, hub services companies, PBMs, and major healthcare providers.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing multi-function team.
- Spearhead the growth of new business lines through strategic partnerships and cutting-edge solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, product, engineering, and more) to deliver seamless integrations and customized solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process for major enterprise partnerships, from initial contact to successful implementation.
- Develop pricing strategies, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent Alto at industry events and conferences.
