Requirements:
  • 3 years experience as a HR Executive
  • Experience in handling payroll, labour laws, employee engagement and HR best practices
  • Experience in leading HR projects and initiatives
  • Must be located in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure 100% accurate and timely payroll processing, In collaboration with the Finance department and BMG (our EOR) and resolving any payroll-related discrepancies
  • Maintain accuracy with zero to two data errors each month by managing and maintaining employee data, ensuring all employee contracts, benefits, and personal data are up-to-date on a weekly basis, accurate and securely stored in the HRIS and the HR masterlist
  • Ensure compliance with Philippines employment laws, including the regulations, and statutory leave entitlements. Provide guidance to staff on employment-related matters to ensure all HR practices align with current labour laws
  • Input into and support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives, aiming for a smooth onboarding experience without major issues for Philippine and other remote- based employees. Collect employee engagement data from at least 40% of staff in the Philippines. Support the development and execution of employee engagement programs, ensuring alignment and consistency in collaboration with the regional HR teams.
