Requirements:

• BS or BA in Communication, Sports Management, or related field- or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in communications/outside sales.
• Required to work irregular hours, including weekends.
• Strong communication skills in French & English required (both written and verbal).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Understands dynamics of professional and elite amateur hockey.
• Extensive hockey product knowledge.
• Ability to adapt to changing environment and business landscape.
• Travel as needed and/or required by essential job functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage elite level hockey personalities and their requirements for product and service.
• Manage custom product requirements for elite hockey players.
• Deliver on sales and market share goals and objectives.
• Forecast and prepare travel within assigned territory.
• Manage effective relationships with athletes, customer service and Goal Custom Product Managers.
• Obtain and provide data-based product feedback from field to Brand team for the purpose of advanced product design and innovation.
• Provide support to R&D and Manufacturing teams for key product launches through elite athlete execution and alignment.
• Provide activation support for brand initiatives and special events, including demo days, PWHL initiatives, and key retail partner events.
