Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of Sales Training, Medical Device Sales/Service, Adult Learning or Sales Program leadership experience (5 years with Advanced Degree)
  • People and/or Program management experience
  • Experience in the field of electrophysiology
Responsibilities:
  • Develop a field-based strategy and implementation plan for educational programs to new and tenured sales representatives and clinical specialists to drive product and procedural optimization across the CAS portfolio of cardiac ablation products
  • Provide oversight and guidance to your team to support and coordinate the launch of new technologies in alignment with business objectives
  • Integrate and coach on selling techniques in alignment with CAS organizational objectives
  • Develop and manage a team of Regional Field Education direct reports who are responsible for field-based education and development for the sales representatives and clinical specialists in the field to ensure successful procedural support to physicians who are using our products
  • Attracts, develops, and retain the best talent to ensure the highest standard of excellence resulting in accelerated growth and delivery of meaningful innovations to patients and customers
  • Drive engagement, inclusion and innovation across the field education team
  • Motivate, influence and lead cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Anticipate, identify and resolve high-level problems associated with completing projects and executing programs
  • Demonstrate education effectiveness through systematic program evaluation and continuous improvement strategy
