Power BI Analyst - Contract

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Power BI and BigQuery (SQL proficiency is essential).
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and automation.
• Experience working with eCommerce data (Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon and TikTok Shop preferred).
• Familiarity with data connectors and APIs for data extraction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex data sets.
• Experience in lifetime value analysis, marketing attribution, and performance analysis is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop data reports and dashboards using Power BI, BigQuery, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Extract, transform and analyse data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Support eCommerce reporting, including performance metrics, revenue trends, and customer behaviour analysis.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Work closely with the wider team to identify opportunities for process automation and optimisation.
• Assist in the development of KPI frameworks and reporting structures.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports as required.
