Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors (completed) with a preference (not mandatory) in one of the following – Biology, Business, Chemistry, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Health Sciences, History, Law, Math, Philosophy, Physics or Psychology; Masters or PhD preferred
Language proficiency (CEFR C1 level or equivalent) in English and one other language (Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Turkish, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, or Korean)
Excellent writing skills
Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
Ability to edit and improve technical communication across a wide variety of technical fields

Well-honed internet research skills

Responsibilities:
Creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve its accuracy, fluency, coherence and/or voice
Annotating data to help AI models align with human values
Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate on the AI models.• Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.
Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting guidelines and flexible priorities.
Achieve target KPIs, including daily job count, average handle time per job, and specified production hours
