Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of experience in UI development
  • 3+ Years in AEM-specific front-end architecture
  • Experience leading UI teams and driving front-end development strategies in large-scale projects

Responsibilities:
  • Architect and Design scalable and maintainable UI solutions for AEM implementations, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Lead Development Efforts, defining best practices for front-end development in AEM projects.
  • Collaborate with Back-end Teams to integrate UI components seamlessly with AEM’s back-end infrastructure.
  • Optimize Performance, implementing caching strategies and minimizing load times across high-traffic AEM applications.
  • Define and Enforce UI Standards to maintain consistency across multiple AEM projects.
  • Support Continuous Integration (CI/CD) pipelines by implementing front-end testing frameworks, code quality checks, and automated deployment strategies.
  • Validate Best Practices, ensuring adherence to coding standards, accessibility guidelines, and design consistency.
  • Participate in Discovery & Pre-sales Activities, contributing to RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals.
  • Lead UI Innovation by researching and integrating emerging front-end technologies and frameworks within AEM.
  • Conduct Code Reviews & Mentorship, guiding junior developers and UI engineers.
  • Generate Technical Documentation including UI architecture diagrams, component libraries, and performance optimization strategies.
