Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.
- Proven experience leading and managing small to mid-sized teams.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
- Familiarity with database management and invoice management, ideally experience with Razor Flow.
- Ability to manage small-scale projects and coordinate across teams.
- Experience using project tracking tools such as MINT OS and GraniteNet
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of six Business Analysts to complete the project within tight deadlines.
- Organize, document, and track all information uncovered during the process for seamless transition and future reference.
- Work with internal client teams to gather and analyze invoices and data from approximately 1,600 colocation sites and 1,200 invoices.
- Identify which sites are active or inactive and determine which can be decommissioned.
- Manage and coordinate the verification of data through direct communication with vendors and stakeholders.
- Conduct financial tracking and savings analysis to measure the impact of disconnections and cost reductions.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports to provide an audit trail and performance measurement.
- Implement business process optimization and continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure consistent documentation and organization of project data for future reference and operational continuity.
