Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the market, key players, and effective communication channels for reaching relevant audiences.
  • A well-established network of industry contacts.
  • Portfolio showcasing successful employer branding projects.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead and execute complex campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to form partnerships and build relationships.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR Brand & Communication strategy to position Joyteractive as an employer of choice in the gaming industry.
  • Take ownership of the entire employer branding function.
  • Create and execute content plan for employer branding, including social media, corporate website, and other communication channels.
  • Oversee the creation and launch of our corporate website, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and attracts top talent.
  • Develop a corporate style for all visual and communication materials to ensure consistent messaging and design across platforms.
  • Write and manage articles, interviews, and external communication pieces to raise the company’s profile as a great place to work.
  • Forge partnerships and sponsorships that align with our employer branding strategy.
  • Organize and manage our presence at industry conferences and events, preparing ambassadors to represent Joyteractive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.
  • Coordinate external vendors (e.g. designers, developers) to execute branding and communications projects.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding campaigns.
