Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Brand, Communications, or PR role within IT or gaming (gaming industry experience is a big plus).
- Drive to take initiative and push forward impactful employer branding projects.
- In-depth knowledge of the market, key players, and effective communication channels for reaching relevant audiences.
- A well-established network of industry contacts.
- Portfolio showcasing successful employer branding projects.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead and execute complex campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to form partnerships and build relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR Brand & Communication strategy to position Joyteractive as an employer of choice in the gaming industry.
- Take ownership of the entire employer branding function.
- Create and execute content plan for employer branding, including social media, corporate website, and other communication channels.
- Oversee the creation and launch of our corporate website, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and attracts top talent.
- Develop a corporate style for all visual and communication materials to ensure consistent messaging and design across platforms.
- Write and manage articles, interviews, and external communication pieces to raise the company’s profile as a great place to work.
- Forge partnerships and sponsorships that align with our employer branding strategy.
- Organize and manage our presence at industry conferences and events, preparing ambassadors to represent Joyteractive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.
- Coordinate external vendors (e.g. designers, developers) to execute branding and communications projects.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding campaigns.
