Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business immigration law, with expertise in O-1 and EB-2 NIW petitions.
• Strong knowledge of USCIS regulations and current immigration policies.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of O-1 and EB-2 NIW petitions, from initial consultation to filing.
• Gather and analyze supporting documentation, such as academic credentials and professional achievements.
• Draft detailed support letters, petition narratives, and legal briefs under attorney supervision.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout the process.
• Assist with additional business immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1, and employment-based green card petitions.
