Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in project management, data analytics, or a similar role within the corporate real estate industry
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experiencing having day to day managerial responsibility of a team of front line employees
- Strong understanding of corporate real estate fundamentals, facilities maintenance, asset management, or reliability centered maintenance preferred
- Proficient in data collection methodologies, data analysis techniques, and project management principles
- Experience with real estate software applications and data management tools
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and irregularities within large data sets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage data collection projects
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions
- Directly manage a team of Junior Reliability Engineers dedicated to the field data collection
- Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing data collection findings
- Present project progress, challenges, and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the technology team to enhance data reporting and visualization capabilities
- Assist with the methods to gather asset data and perform asset validation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate the collection and validation of accurate and up-to-date data
- Implement data collection processes, tools, and technologies to streamline the capture and processing of data
- Work with leadership to streamline the entire process, from data collection to upload into the clients’ Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Perform regular quality checks on data in the system and provides real time feedback to front line employees to improve the quality and consistency of the data collected
- Identify discrepancies, anomalies, or gaps in data and work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize asset performance, mitigate risk, and support informed decision-making processes
- Perform other work as assigned
