Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably as a UI/UX Designer
• Portfolio showcasing strong design skills and a user-centered approach
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of user research methods and usability testing
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote working environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product teams to understand project requirements and user needs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and ensure they align with user expectations
• Design and maintain branding, style guides, and design systems for consistency across products
• Collaborate effectively with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
