  • 5+ years of experience in a product management role, in enterprise B2B software, healthcare IT, or AI/ML-driven products
  • Experience at a growing startup or high-growth division with complex enterprise needs
  • Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, break down complex problems, and drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Product leadership in both new product ideation and new market entries
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling multiple enterprise-grade products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven radiology solutions, aligning them with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Drive end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of enterprise-grade software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to develop highly integrated workflow applications.
  • Engage directly with customers (radiologists, healthcare executives, and IT teams) to deeply understand their pain points and opportunities for innovation.
  • Define and measure success through data-driven KPIs, customer adoption, and business impact.
  • Champion AI-powered healthcare solutions, staying ahead of industry trends, regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), and competitive landscapes.
  • Partner with our Commercial team to ensure smooth adoption among enterprise customers with complex buying cycles.
