Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, debugging, or software engineering.
- Proficiency in JavaScript & TypeScript for troubleshooting frontend and backend issues.
- Experience with Next.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Basic understanding of blockchain fundamentals, Web3.js/Ethers.js, and smart contract interactions.
- Familiarity with ERC-20, ERC-721 (NFTs), and ERC-1155 token standards.
- Knowledge of debugging tools such as Postman, Chrome DevTools, or blockchain explorers (Etherscan, Polygonscan, etc.).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database queries (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to resolve technical issues quickly.
- Understanding of Git, version control, and CI/CD workflows.
- Good communication skills to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users and internal teams regarding issues with our Web3 applications.
- Debug and fix bugs in Next.js, Node.js, and blockchain-integrated applications.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to smart contract interactions (e.g., token transactions, NFT minting, Web3 wallet connectivity).
- Investigate and diagnose issues related to Web3 APIs, Ethers.js/Web3.js, and blockchain nodes.
- Work with customer support teams to provide timely resolutions to technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with developers to identify performance bottlenecks and improve system stability.
- Write and maintain documentation for troubleshooting guides and common issue resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain, Web3 frameworks, and best practices for dApp support.
