  • Highly organized with strong follow-up abilities.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and online advertising.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless onboarding for new clients, providing guidance from contract signing to platform adoption.
  • Gather client requirements to support website development and digital marketing setup.
  • Assist clients in accessing their social media platforms and setting up necessary credentials.
  • Independently manage multiple client activation projects, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to optimize the client experience.
  • Educate clients on our full suite of marketing tools to maximize their platform usage.
  • Maintain ongoing client communication, reporting updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mitigate project risks to ensure timely, on-budget execution.
  • Prepare training materials and project documentation to support client success.
  • Contribute to best practices, methodologies, and process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, collaborating with internal teams and occasionally providing after-hours support when necessary.
  • Encourage clients to think strategically about their marketing goals, handling objections that may hinder project completion.
