Requirements:

• You have a degree in business administration, product management, business development or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained several years of experience in business development or product management, ideally in a dynamic environment such as e-commerce or FMCG
• You have sound knowledge in the areas of process optimization and project management
• You have experience in analyzing product performance and deriving strategic measures and recommendations for action
• You have a high affinity for data and processes, have extensive experience in working with Excel and are interested in programming
• You can get to grips with complex topics and quickly familiarize yourself with new issues and challenges
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and can successfully coordinate complex projects
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and enjoy working in cross-functional teams
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills are required

Responsibilities:

• You are a central part of the product team and responsible for aspects of business development as well as product management.
• You optimize our product strategy in close collaboration with the More Nutrition teams
• You contribute your expertise in business development to further expand our portfolio.
• You will act in an advisory capacity for product management and the development teams and help to find solutions to challenges in product and project management
• You set up and continuously optimize processes and structures to ensure the smooth running of product management and increase efficiency across the team
• You are responsible for the regular evaluation of product performance for More Nutrition.
• You will analyze KPIs, identify potential for improvement and derive measures for optimization
• You lead projects and manage the continuous optimization of processes.
• You work on the introduction of new tools that make product management and development more efficient and successful
• You keep an eye on the performance of the products and work closely with the various departments
