Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with clinical data, with experience in a leadership role
• Expertise in clinical databases, EDCs, CMTSs and adjacent systems
• A strong grasp of issues in clinical trial design
• Excellent communicator and motivator who can engage stakeholders across the business and rally them behind your ideas
• Managed a team of 4 or more
• An unbounded curiosity about the future of human health and the role clinical trials play in it

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Deployment function, guiding it through growth from Series B to Series C and beyond - you will report directly to the CTO/co-founder
• Oversee your team’s core responsibility; the design, configuration, UAT and maintenance of new clinical trials on the Citrus platform
• Evolve the processes and ways of working of your team, setting them up for effective collaboration across functions, especially with Clinical Operations
• Identify opportunities for automating and productising workflows of your team and work with the Product team to improve the platform
• Stay current with relevant regulation and work with internal and external compliance stakeholders to maintain and implement necessary controls
• Manage individual contributors and managers in the Deployment function and support their career development (currently 1 Associate Director, 1 Solutions Architect and 3 solutions Engineers - your number of direct & indirect reports is expected to roughly double within a year)
• Oversee organisational design, resource planning and recruiting for the growing Deployment function
