Requirements:
  • Proven experience working across different Southeast Asian markets (with a focus on Indonesia and the Philippines), and utilising local insights to deliver locally relevant and highly impactful creative
  • Experience designing for static, motion, or event printed materials.
  • Master of translating culture into visuals.
  • Thrives on collaboration.
  • Balances ideation and execution.
  • Portfolio is a testament to your skill and passion.
  • Pro with tools and processes. Whether it’s Figma, After Effects, or Canva itself, you’re confident in your ability to deliver efficiently and effectively.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience working on brand and performance campaigns for direct-to-consumer tech brands at scale, delivering high volume and global production efforts
Responsibilities:
  • Designing compelling visual assets (static and motion) for regional campaigns, local activations, and evergreen creative projects.
  • Collaborating with the marketing, growth, and design teams to ensure all assets align with Canva’s visual language and brand tone.
  • Contributing to the creative testing of Meta ads and performance marketing campaigns, optimizing designs based on data insights.
  • Ensuring deliverables are tracked and completed on time while maintaining a high-quality standard.
  • Supporting Truly Local campaigns in Indonesia and the Philippines, tailoring visuals to resonate with target audiences.
  • Participating in and contribute to conceptual workshops and ideation for creative requirements
  • Tracking deliverables and ensure consistency in Canva’s brand pillars across platforms.
