Requirements:

• Experience working on consumer technology product in the UK or Europe
• Comfortable diving into technical details with an engineer
• The discipline, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication skills necessary to navigate complex organizational dynamics

Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution, growth, and scale of Affirm in the United Kingdom
• Take Affirm’s product and adapt it to the UK market by understanding customer needs, driving merchant adoption, analyzing performance data, and iterating on the product’s features and capabilities
• Drive success metrics by shipping high impact work that meaningfully moves the needle for Affirm’s business and customers
• Partner effectively with engineering teams across the organization to drive product development and prioritization
• Collaborate with stakeholders (such as Revenue, Legal, Compliance, Credit, Fraud, etc) to shape your product roadmap and incorporate legal, governance & regulatory oversight into your products
• Understand Affirm UK users and merchants at a deep level -- what’s important to them, what drives their decision making, why they love Affirm, and what they wish we could do better
• Identify and create the experiences that make it seamless for merchants to deliver an incredible buy now, pay later experience to consumers
