Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures for commercial card products.
Strong understanding of digital tools, technologies, and trends.
Experience with product development methodologies and tools such as Agile, Jira, etc.
Strong communication skills, adept at explaining technical terms to non-technical individuals.
Intermediate Excel skills with strong attention to detail in data and spreadsheets.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively in team environments.
Mid-level expertise in commercial business card product management.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage projects end-to-end.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product roadmaps.

Responsibilities:
Autonomously manage the end-to-end process for the launch of a new commercial card product, with a focus on expense management solutions and integrations with other platforms.
Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Execute on the product roadmap & customer facing developments
Manage discovery efforts to uncover solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Own and prioritize the product backlog to support strategic enhancements
Lead cross-functional sprint teams, including software engineers, UX designers, and developers.
Build the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics
Act as a change agent by challenging legacy processes, educating team members on the benefits of commercial cards, and driving the advancement of card adoption.
