- Achieve territory sales and gross profit plans to meet assigned sales targets by maximizing revenue opportunities on each assigned account, reactivating accounts, and prospecting for new business.
- Complete a minimum of 3+ hours and 40 calls customer calls per day. *This metric will shift once the rep begins to visit customers in the field.
- Territory and sales management: Develops account strategies, territory planning and administrative follow-up to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Utilize all sales technology and CRM software to effectively engage with clients and maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts. When permitted, conduct in-person field sales presentations and customer site visits with a manager or member of the training team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, representing the McKesson Brand.
- Enhance selling skills through required trainings and certifications, in-services, and development initiatives, including self-study.
