- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing digital products
- Strong UI design skills with a portfolio showcasing previous work
- Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Prototyping, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with teams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in agile environment
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces using Figma
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback
- Ensure responsiveness and accessibility best practices in UI design
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) for additional design assets when needed
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
