Business Intelligence Developer (Temporary)

Requirements:

• At least six (6) years’ experience design and develop enterprise business intelligence, data warehousing and reporting solutions is required.
• At least six (6) years’ combined experience with BI tools including but not limited to: IBM, Business Objects (4.2 or 4.3) COGNOS 10.X and 11.X, Qlik, Tableau, etc. is required.
• OS level certification required.
• Strong SQL experience
• Experience with Oracle, Teradata and/or Sybase is desired
• Familiar with Amazon QuickSight and Amazon Q.
• Experience with Cognos dashboards and DQM.
• Experience in web constructs such as JAVA, HTML, XHTML, XML, and CSS.
• Experience working with Application Lifecycle and Configuration Management software, highly desired.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Experience with TFS.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop applications that support large-scale databases using agile software development methodology
• Use Business Intelligence tools to develop meaningful reports, charts, and dashboards for insight into aviation readiness
• Apply expertise in data analytics using Business Objects as a business intelligence tool
• Manage data strings and produce calculations and reports to turn data into knowledge regarding fleet readiness
• Collaborate with other technical experts in an atmosphere that fosters innovation
• Develop innovative solutions using modern tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Other duties as assigned or required
