Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional animation experience, ideally in casino games or related fields.
• Mastery of Esoteric Spine, Adobe After Effects (plus plugins), and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong animation and VFX skills with the ability to create character, environment, and effect animations in diverse styles.
• A deep understanding of technical optimization for animations, ensuring they run smoothly on phones, tablets, and other devices.
• Familiarity with the gambling and slots-gaming industry.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to independently propose ideas and solutions to animation challenges.
• Experience with any 3D animation software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of developing and optimizing high-quality animations for gameable promo features layered on existing games.
• Proactively pitch ideas for visual styles, mechanics, and solutions, driving the creative vision of the animation process.
• Design animations that enhance the gamble experience without overwhelming technical systems.
• Collaborate daily with a product designer, graphic artist, game developer, and product owner, contributing as a thought leader in your domain.
• Export and optimize animations to ensure seamless performance across all devices.
• Continuously explore new tools, techniques, and processes to improve animation quality and efficiency.
• Work in a fresh, innovative team environment, shaping its direction and creating profitable improvements to games through bold, experimental features.
