Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of business intelligence experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong customer relationship and embedded experience.
- Experience in implementing production business intelligence solutions.
- Familiarity with database concepts and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent technical experience.
- Ability to work remotely full-time with up to 50% travel.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Sigma champion and product expert, advising customers on best practices.
- Provide technical guidance on performance, security, and API access.
- Capture customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to enhance the product roadmap.
- Identify new use cases to expand customer accounts and ensure renewals.
- Cultivate and manage customer references for marketing efforts.
