Key Customers Solutions Architect

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a technical manager, cloud solutions architect, customer engineer or a similar technical role with a focus on cloud services and being a single point of technical expertise for users
• Hands-on experience with IaC and configuration management tools (preferably Terraform/Asible), Kubernetes, skills of writing code in Python
• Understanding of GPU computing practices for ML training and inference workloads, GPU software stack components, including drivers, libraries (e.g., CUDA, OpenCL)
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer issues, working alongside L2 support to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
• Partner with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and promote new Nebius products and advanced services.
• Act as a bridge between customers and the product team, relaying customer feedback, feature requests, and product updates to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolution of customer challenges.
