AI Agent & Applications Developer

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full stack development with 2+ years developing and deploying AI agents for both internal operations and consumer-facing applications.
• Demonstrated expertise with current AI models, tools, and platforms.
• Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end frameworks and back-end technologies (e.g., Rails, React, Node.js, Django, Flask).
• Experience with developing applications using main AI and automation platforms (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Flux, Kling, ComfyUI, n8n, etc. )
• Proficiency in designing and managing APIs and microservices architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and implement AI agents and applications tailored for internal teams and consumer applications.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging AI models, tools, and platforms, and evaluate their potential application within BARK's ecosystem.
• Lead AI projects from conception through deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines.
• Monitor and refine AI applications to enhance performance, user experience, and scalability.
• Maintain documentation of AI systems and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
