Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a communications, marketing, or PR role.

  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all platforms, maintaining an authentic and engaging tone.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the online community and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, messages, and comments on social platforms.
  • Plan and execute community initiatives and programs to strengthen brand engagement.
  • Identify and pursue new marketing and outreach opportunities to expand audience reach.
  • Oversee social media campaigns, tracking performance and analyzing web traffic with key performance indicators (KPIs).
