Requirements:
  • Experience as COO/ Head of Operations (or other appropriate scope and seniority role) – 3-5 years
  • High standard of work, matching process standards to the top 1% of the best on the market
  • Knowledge of technology and passion for new technologies
  • Analytical way of thinking based on data (excellent skills in BI, Excel)
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operational department, including supervision of telemedicine departments, stationary clinics, and a network of partner stationary facilities
  • Develop and implement an operational strategy that supports the company's goals and ensures operational efficiency
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance and introduce necessary changes to optimize processes (reducing costs generated by the operational department per sales unit)
  • Building and managing the operations team, providing them with appropriate training and support (the highest quality of contact with every person who has contact with Telemedi)
  • Collaboration with other departments of the company to ensure consistency of actions and achievement of organizational goals
  • Implementation of technological projects related to the operational department
  • Building and maintaining relationships with business partners and service providers
