Requirements:
  • MD/DO with ABMS Board Certification in either Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
  • At least two (2) years of telehealth experience
  • Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 5 licenses
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion
  • Ability to consult with patients through virtual communication channels
  • Willingness to work across various chronic conditions / service lines
Responsibilities:
  • Consult and treat patients experiencing chronic medical conditions
  • Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications
  • Proactively check in with patients on their treatment plan, as appropriate
  • Work with our integrated care team when patient requests require other support
  • Answer patient messages and adapt their treatment plans, as needed
  • Provide feedback about opportunities to improve quality of care and operational processes
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state information privacy laws
  • Advising patients on suitable diets and exercise regimens to improve their overall health
  • Other duties as assigned
